Dear All,

Just a quick one….

A Shop in the Rue d’Antibes

Friends of ours have been running a very up-market interiors and design shop right on the Rue d’Antibes for two years and done very well (exclusively South African merchandise). However they have had enough of the demanding hours and the commitment at a time in their lives when they are looking for some peace and quiet. So they are selling.

The business could be taken over, or the shop used for anything other than a restaurant or a hairdresser.
It would be perfect for an expensive gallery or any other really top class enterprise.

Shop Space is 45 sq.m.

Also has a small storage passage and a toilet, and two underground parkings!!
The whole front is armour plated glass. It’s a fantastic front – photos available.

Fully alarmed and brilliantly lit.

Prime position on the second most well known shopping street in France….so I am told. (First being Rue St Honore in Paris).

It is actually a renewable lease that is for sale under a “Baie 369” which is a lease that does not allow for eviction of tenant. The only way a landlord can get rid of a tenant is to buy his business. It is renewable and rents are negotiated in line with the area’s rents once every 9 years. This one still has 4 years to run before renewal.

Rent is 2800€ per month.

A huge amount of more detail is available if you would like it.

Kind regards,

Guy.
