Owners Extranet Pricing Update

Since launching the new, improved Owners Extranet (http://www.azurelive.org/owners) there is one part which a few people have experienced difficulty with. How to update avaiability in the Extranet.

We believe that it is relatively straightforward, however below we have outlined in  detail the various steps required to update availabiltiy, and hope that it helps!

We will as always be valuing any feedback, and taking into consideration any suggestions that are put to us!

1. Log in! (http://www.azurelive.org/owners)

2. Navigate to the “AVAILABILIY” tab on the top menu … (see Fig 1, below)

3. Click the ‘Update Availabilty’ sub-tab (See Fig 2, below)

4. On the Calendar, select the days for which you wish to change the availabilty status.

NOTES:

  • Periods which are set in Green are not changeable, since they refer to a Booking which has been taken.
  • RED CROSSES on a series of days simply mark a ‘Special Period’ which is bookable in its entirety or not at all (Normally a Congress or a 1/2 term or public holiday)
  • Black Crosses simply notate days which have passed.

5. Scoll to the bottom of the page to find, and to click, the ‘Reserve Selected’ button

NOTES:

  • Availability will be instantly updated on www.azur-online.com, www.everythingcannes.com and all partner and affilliate websites and in our internal management systems.
  • The period that you have selected and confirmed as being unavailable is shown in GREY
  • A period which has been previously set as ‘Unavaiable’, and which is showing in GREY can be REVERSED, by re-selecting the relevent days and then clicking the ‘Unreserve Selected’ button.
